In continuation to this office notification No.SLRC-G-IV/ASSAM/ Advertisement for Analogous Posts-IV/2022-23/02/79 dated 25.03.2022, the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts notifies the following details regarding examinations for the Posts/categories of Posts of Class-IV

Syllabus of Assam Direct Recruitment Grade IV Vacancy

 

State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts has released the official syllabus and exam details of Class-IV recruitments. The official syllabus of Assam Direct Recruitment has been released on 16th June 2022. The complete details of the official syllabus along with the official PDF file have been uploaded here.

 

For Class-IV Recruitment:

No of Posts: 13,300 Posts


Date of Exam: 21/08/2022

 

No. of Exams: There shall be two exams on the same day, one for Posts/categories of Posts for reading up to Class VIII category and another for Posts/categories of Posts for HSLC passed or equivalent examination passed category.

 

Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

 

No of Questions: 135 MCQs

 

Total Marks: 135 Marks

 

Date of Exam: 21th August 2022

 

Duration of Exam: 120 Minutes

 

Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking.

 

Selection Process: The selection of candidates for inviting them for an interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2.

Syllabus Details:

 

The syllabus of the examination for recruitment to the Class-IV Posts shall be in consonance with the prescribed SCERT syllabus of Class VIII Examination and Class X (HSLC examination) for read up to Class VIII category and HSLC passed or equivalent examination passed category respectively.

 

Name of Subjects: The subjects for both the categories of examinations to be conducted for Class-IV Posts (i.e. Read up to Class VIII and HSLC Passed or equivalent examination passed) will be the same and is listed as below.

 

1. English

 

2. Social Studies

 

3. Mathematics

 

4. General Knowledge

 

5. Mental Ability and Logical Reasoning

 

Note: The detailed SOPS for conducting of written examination for maintaining order and discipline shall be issued separately by SEBA.
