The education department of Assam is going to start the Mutual Transfer TET & Online Teacher Transfer Application 2022 portal for all the government teachers who are willing to get transferred. The objective behind this initiative is to reduce corruption and speed up the process by digitizing the process. In this new digital process, the desired teachers will be able to submit their transfer requests in the form of an application on the official portal without visiting any office of the department.

In a bid to improve the quality of Education and to maintain better Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) in the schools, Education Department, Government of Assam has decided to change the usual process of transfer of teachers from offline to online. As a part of this process, the education department has launched an online portal called "Teacher Transfer Management System" aka TTMS. 


How to Submit Online Teacher Transfer Application?

All category of Teachers of Govt./ Provincialized Schools of Assam starting from Lower Primary (LP) to Senior Secondary Schools (SS) who want to get them transferred to desired locations may now apply online . For this purpose, he/ she may now register and submit their service profile details in the TTMS portal within stipulated time period. Only after submission of service profile details, they will be able to submit preference for transfer.

 

Documents to be uploaded in TTMS Portal

All teachers looking for transfer and posting to their desired locations have to mandatorily upload copy of the following documents.

 

TET Marksheet cum Certificate

D. El Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet

HSSLC Mark sheet

Graduation Mark sheet

Proof of Date of Birth

Appointment Letter



Note: For those teachers who had joined before 3rd September, 2001, uploading of TET Mark sheet cum Certificate and OD. El. Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet is not mandatory.

The maximum size of each of the supporting documents should not exceed 300KB.

 

Photograph & Signature


Teachers have to upload one clear passport size photograph and copy of scanned signature. Maximum size of each should not exceed 50 KB.

 

How to Register in hrmsassam.in Portal:

1. Create Account

Firstly, the teacher will login with the username and password registered in the Teacher Transfer Management System module.

If you are not registered, create an account and provide your personal details. After creating your account, sign in with your registered username and password, and then submit.



2. Enter Details

In the Next page the teacher shall provide all his/her personal details which includes Personal Details, Academic Qualifications, Professional and Other Qualifications, Service Details, Salary and other official account details, Service Records, Awards Received, Promotional Details, Other Details, Document.



3. Confirmation!

After providing all your details, your profile will be successfully submitted and ready for transfer. After your profile gets approved, you will receive an intimation regarding the same.

About HRMS Portal:

Teacher is one of the three pivotal driving forces of a school. The onus of building the personality of a child lies mainly on the teacher. The RTE Act, 2009 has specified that for lower primary level (class I to V) there should be minimum two teachers and for upper primary (class VI to VIII) there should be at least one per class. To provide for the responsibility of the State Government to manage posting and transfer of teachers of elementary and secondary schools according to the requirement of teachers in school in order to maintain proper pupil teacher ratio for effective academic support to the students and for prevention of adverse effect on academic activities in schools the “Assam Elementary and Secondary School Teachers’ (Regulation of Posting and Transfer Act, 2020” has been put in place.

2. The employee can receive MIS reports and HRMS ASSAM facilitates these activities for the benefit of the employees.

3. The MIS report features department-wise data records of the employees. The reports can be expressed in the graphical pattern that is best fit for analysis.

4. The employees can gain permission to view their service books. In a way, it enables them to check for the latest status whether the forsaid activity is complete or pending.
