Required
Qualification: The candidate shall
be HSLC (Class 10) passed from a Board/Council/University
recognized by the Government or equivalent thereto and recognized by the
Government.
Property: Candidate should have landed property/
immovable property in his/ her name in the area in which he/ she intends to be
appointed as Gaon Pradhan.
Children: Candidate should not have more than 2 (two)
living children from single or multiple partners. Candidate should furnish a
self-affidavit that the applicant does not have more than two living children
from single/ multiple partners.
Other Eligibility:
- Candidate should be physically fit and have a sound mind.
- Candidate should be an Indian Citizen as well as a resident of the respective lot for which lot he/she is willing to apply.
- The candidate should not be a Govt. employee.
- Candidate should have landed property/ immovable property in his/her name in the area in which he/she intends to be appointed as Gaonburah.
- Candidate should not be a member of any political party.
- Candidate should be a person of high Status and command and have a respectable position in the society.
- Candidate should have worked/volunteered for the advancement of the Government policies and programmes and rendered assistance in natural calamities.
- Candidate should furnish an affidavit at the time of submission of application that Candidate has not more than 2(two) living children from a single or multiple partners.
Age: Candidates' minimum age should be 30 years as on 01/01/2022.
