Educational Qualification:
i) MCom with specializations in relevant disciplines altogether
ii) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale at the Master Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
iii) Besides, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
iv) Candidates who have a Ph.D. Degree shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/ SLET/ SET.
v) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Master programs in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.
vi) A relaxation of 5% may be provided to the graduate and Masters Level for the SC/ST/PWD categories
vii) The period taken by Candidates to acquire an M.Phil and/or Ph.D. Degree shall not be considered as Teaching/research experience for appointment to the positions ( clause-3.9.0)
